Critique wise, some of the usual anatomical problems still crop up from the face. The lips are too forward, and the jawline looks a little off as well, sloping down too quickly rather than subtly. Here's an example of a face in profile that's pretty good for using as a reference
Now, another smaller critique is the bird. I like the bird so far, and I wish you could have finished him a bit more to go with the rest of the image. Also his wings look a little too on the stiff side, but other than that it's good. In fact I like the use of the background with the black line design, the flower, and the big at the bottom. Glad it got you out of your art funk
